Integration of FMECA and statistical snalysis for predictive maintenance

<p>The estimation of time-to-failure machines is utmost importance in the Manufacturing Industry. As world moving towards Industry 4.0, it high time that we progress from traditional methods, where wait for a breakdown to occur, prognostics based methods. It need era be aware any incident before occurs. This study provides application Statistical-based Predictive maintenance. A BOPP Production line has been considered as case this research. Since inception 2013, evident 60% breakdowns are due lack maintenance and timely replacement bearings. Therefore, research on FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects Criticality Analysis) determine which bearing production most prone failure determination statistical model best fits data critical bearing. The result distribution fit can utilized further RUL (Remaining Useful Life) through Bayesian Inference.</p>
